Please note:
- Check in Times: Please arrive early 45 minutes prior to the trip, for instruction and paper work.
- Guided Tours: All trips are private with a three sled minimum to reserve.
- Damage Agreements: They are mandatory on all rental equipment. Damage agreements purchase the renter a deductible to limit the amount of monies due in case of an accident. Customers are responsible for all damages. For full details on damage agreements please contact us at (435) 654-5810.
- Fuel and Oil: Machines are full of fuel when picked up and must be returned full (91 octane). If machines need to be topped off upon return, fuel will be charged at current retail pricing. Oil is $15.00/day/machine.
- Trailers: Two and four place trailers available. Note: If your vehicle is not capable of towing trailers, please call us about delivery. Be prepared with both 2” & 2 5/16”. Hitches can be rented.
- Delivery: Delivery is available upon request for $15.00 (Drop-off and pick-up)
- Clothing: Clothing is available for rent / Suits $15, Gloves $5, Boots $5, Goggles $10, 2-Way Radios $10, & Survival Pack (includes shovel, probe, first aid kit, & tow rope) $15. Helmets are mandatory, and provided at no charge.
- Cancellation Policy: Half (50%) of the reservation total is due at the time of reservation. No refunds will be issued 7 days prior to the reservation date. Same Day Cancellations and/or No Shows are charged in full. All Online reservations are charged in full, no refunds will be issued 7 days prior to the reservation day.
At Lofty Peaks, we offer exclusive, private, and fully guided trips, from our Heber City location. This option allows you to ride with one of our professional, friendly, and knowledgeable guides. We take care of all the work so you can just relax and play, with no worries on how to get unstuck, where to go to find the fresh powder filled bowls or how to get back to the truck. We also include a lunch and make sure your back country trip is one you will never forget.
